Home Delivery orders for standard parcels can be sent to street addresses or post office boxes. Please note that our carrier companies Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. When street delivery is not possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left. We do not deliver internationally, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered to an address located within Australia.
Large orders can only be delivered to street addresses within mainland Australia.
For security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Therefore it is essential that someone is available to sign for the package. In the event no one is available at the address a delivery card will be left.
If you wish for your order to be left without a signature, please notify us in your order notes. We are happy to oblige, however we hold no responsibility if your order is lost or missing. High Value orders may still require a signature despite your request.
For Click & Collect orders, you will be notified via email once your order is ready to be picked up. Be sure to take a copy of your order confirmation email or tax invoice to collect your order. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification that your order is available for collection.
