We want you to love your item! If you have changed your mind, you can receive a refund on the item purchase price, or exchange for another item as long as you have your receipt or proof of purchase, and subject to the following conditions:
- All items will be returned as instore credit, or to the original payment type if requested, a restocking fee may apply,
- In the case of online purchases, refunds & returns do not include the cost of shipping
- Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused)
- Additional details may be asked for returns or exchanges. These are used for processing the return.
- Items purchased online can be returned in our store.
- You can also return items to our store or via post (postage fees apply).
- Return Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only.
Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
